If you want to change your keyboard from QWERTY to AZERTY. Change these registry keys:

- HKLM\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\KEYBD
CurLang = 1036
- HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout
Active = 0000040c
