New Christians Rom: 3.810

And here is the new rom! A new rom with the newest leaked WMD branche sys: 28014!
First here is the changelog:
- new sys: 28014(Branche: WMD)(Timebomb fixed):
- HF Clear removed from clean rom(wasn't ment to be in the clean anyway)
- Smartlock updated to 1.8E
- Xperiatweak 1.9 added(this one is working!)
- Mss converter updated to 1.09
- Modified audiopara for better and a bit lower sound(not normal x1 level but a
bit lower then the old file)
- X2 drivers removed and neos2007 driver pack 3 added again(I think this is the
reason why some people got problems with installing the rom)
- Cleaned up the rom:
- Myphone package cleaned up(all additional languages except WWE and NL removed)
- 1,43 mb
- Panelmanger package cleaned up(All additional languages except WWE and NL
removed) - 78,1 kb
- Tilewave panel package cleaned up(All additional languages except WWE and NL
removed) - 18,0 kb
- Cnn panel removed - 2,83 mb
- Experiment13 removed(stupid game) - 5,28 mb

One of the most important things in this rom release is the announched cleaning up of the rom. For the full rom it's about 10 mb that has been cleanup up.
I removed the additional language files form the myphone, panelmanager and tilewave panel since they were not used in the rom. I also removed two things. The cnn panel have been removed since I've never used it myself and most people did not. And the x3 game experiment 13 has been removed since it was just a stupid game. Both apps can be installed by cab by the end user. So don't worry if you really liked those apps just install them yourself.
Some apps are updated. Like mss converter and I tried the new smartlock. This has been removed since it had a big bug that suspended the phone again after unlock. So wasn't really usable.
I also looked into the audiopara. This file manages the sound and make it more loud or silent. It was really loud and bad till this rom and one morning when I woke up because of the x1's alarm I heard that cracking sound again(not really cracking but the quality was really bad because of the hacks). So I decide to modify the audiopara again and made the values a bit less so the sound is a bit more silent but much and much better. Now it isn't cracking anymore when I wake up. My day starts much better now;)
Some people had problems with rom 3.6 and 3.7. I didn't really understand why this problems appeared so I compaired the changelogs. It seemed like 3.5 was working fine for everyone. So the biggest change was the x2 drivers that had been added in 3.6. Since I didn't encountered the problem myself I couldn't check this out. But I removed the x2 drivers and put in the neos 2007 driver pack 3 again since this was really working fine for everyone. For the people who had problems with installing the rom or the customization process. Please give me feedback if this has been fixed or not.
Now a good thing for all users that really missed the Xperiatweaks tool. The version 2 wasn't working anymore but the 1.9 did so I included this one! Hope you like this since it's the best we can have at the moment(from the other side it's almost the same as version 2).

It runs perfectly. Fast, smooth and it doesn't get stuck at the Sony Ericsson/Xperia screen. I went from 3.511 to 3.810 » No problems whatsoever, thanks Christian!

Christian........ Cool! This rom is better then the previous one because of the XperiaTweaks. Now I can dial a 1 or 2 or 3 or 4.. in the menu of all these corporations which put me through via computers. I did'n encounter problems with the WMD drivers, but these neos 2007 drivers work a bit smoother I think; better response! Hope you are right with the sound. Wait till it wakes me up for a new sunny X1-day. THANKS!

@yejumi: WWE version is english. @robert: the smootness could also be because of the new sys. Sound is fine for me. It's like it must be for me now.

Feedback for the Clean Rom: So far, Bluetooth looses connection a few times already. NEVER happened before! Phone seems to get really warm/hot again (as with the 6.1 and the last clean release) when used. Phone crashes sometimes when changing themes (since last sys release!). AudioPara is low. Was better before. Never cracked, it might be your speaker and we can lower the volume anytime ;-) but not increase it. Strangely got only 3 MB more not the expected 5. Are the latest sys files more in storage? Thanks for your great and QUICK work Christian! Best regards

new rom is ok...but when u want to add recipnt for sms u should go phone book...old rom had no need to go phone book for contact number...

Hay Christian, Just some little problems until now: -Bluetooth disconnected once tonight from my parrot, when I was driving home. This was the first time I met this problem. Went okay with older roms. -Could not disconnect messenger No further issues until now. Still running smoothly. Battery life okay. Best Regards, Robert

Hey Chris, Had mijn xperia opgestuurd ter reperatie omdat hij uit zichzelf uit ging bij het dichtschuiven. Kpn wou hem echter niet meer maken omdat er een klein scheurtje zit in de zijkant wat elke xperia zo ontgeveer heeft. Ben er in ieder geval helemaal klaar mee omdat hij 3 keer is opgestuurd nu en elke keer is er wel weer wat. Ga hem dus verkopen en heb vandaag via me werk de bold 9700 gekocht (ja ik weet het, heeeel wat anders) Wou je iig enorm bedanken voor je inzet met je rom's. Je hebt mijn xperia altijd super fijn gemaakt! Succes verder met je ROM's

Hey Chris... I was wondering how the panelmanager RAW images are generated. I would like to know if it would be possible to have the RAW image show the panel as it is now. Let's say I choose a different theme for windows. The panel will still show the original panel-previewimage. I tried deleting the RAW-bmp's from the panelmanager folder to let them generate from scratch. But it just generates the original ones. I hope you know what I mean and have an answer. Maybe you could point me in the right direction. - P.s. Ik heb een tijd geleden gepost onder de naam "Michael" en het ging over het niet werken van de sym toets. Ik wilde ff zeggen dat ik er last van bleef hebben in je vorige ROM. Nadat ik de clean versie had geinstalleerd werkte fingerkeyboard wel gped in combinatie met de sym. In je nieuwe ROM werkt ALLES beter... geen sym problemen. Ik had in je vorige ook vaak het probleem dat fingerkeyboard niet was te starten. Je hebt weer goed werk geleverd ;) Hoop dat je me vooruit kan helpen met die panelpics. keep up the good work ! Michael

I don't know how they are generated. But the raw images have nothing to do with the image that is showing up in the panel manager. The pictures of the panels are in the panels directory not the panelmanager directory. Don't know if it's still possible to get the latest panel preview as image. Haven't seen it on the new x2 panel manager yet. About the sym key it has to with the ezinput what is not in the clean rom so that's why it's working fine for you now:)

i have a lot of problems with this rom. it crashes when it failes to load opera or just random when loading something. after a soft reset i can't get past the se or xperia logo. ive did more then 20 hard resets in the last 4 days. such a bummer. im sure it's just my phone, it has is own mind haha. im gonna go back to the original rom for now and try your new rom when it comes out.

Hi, Been using your ROMS since I decided to ROM my X1 and they have been pretty good so far. There are apps in the full I like and other that are not required, the price you pay when using someones ROM I suppose. Might try the clean and see what I miss. But hats off for some excellent work for us ROM newbies.. :o)

HI, Just trying the full ROM (the clean was just too clean :o) ) and tried the Sony panel (X2?). Test is not visible on it, so may be a bug of sorts.. Still looking through and setting up..

beste cristian aller eerst bedankt voor de super roms ik ga de nieuwe meteen uitproberen.ik heb alleen een vraagje wat ik echt niet kan vinden en ik hoop dat iemand mij hiermee kan helpen alles doet het perfect bij mij alleen ik heb problemen met filmpjes afspelen,alle filmpjes haperen en stotteren,nu kan ik ze wel converteren maar ook als ik een filmpje maak en wilt afspelen hapert ie ook en dat is eigenlijk het meest irritand,dit is me eerste andere telefoon dan nokia (ik was nokia verslaafd)en ik weet niet of het aan de rom ligt want ik heb de xperia nooit gebruikt met een standaard rom ik hoop dat iemand me kan helpen groetjes marcel

@dirk: try flashing a stock rom and after that flash my rom back. @CTCnetwork: what x2 panel? all are working fine for me. @glazenwassertjuh: dit kan te doen hebben met welke app je gebruikt, het media panel had geen problemen de laatste keer dat ik het probeerde. Evenals wmp zelf. Coreplayer schijnt trouwens niet zo goed te draaien op de nieuwste wm sys maar dit kan mischien makkelijk opgelost worden door de settings ofz aan te passen.

yeah i was gonna try that but it took me a while to download the stockrom from rapidshare (they get slower every day). i did flash the stock rom and flashed your rom after that yesterday and it hasn't crashed so far. its also noticeable faster then it was before. fingers crossed the problems are gone for now :D thnx for your rom, it has everything i need.

Hi Christian, Was the Tilewave Panel. Go to the config page and no text shows up. At least not for me anyway... Seems power hungry this ROM too. More testing required I think, to make sure. Good work otherwise.. :o)

Hi, I have recently upgraded my home router. This has led to a minor problem - I can no longer connect the X1 to wireless as it does not support the following: Security Type: WPA/WPA2 Encryption Type: TKIP/AES Is there any possibility that a future ROM can support these or is this down to the wireless hardware? It has to do with the drivers in windows mobile itself or something. So I can't do much about that. But there are much more security types that are supported so maybe you can just try other types

Hey Chris! Ik heb een vraagje over het aan-/uitknopje van de xperia. Misschien weet jij het... Toen ik deze telefoon net had viel het me op dat het aan-/uitknopje een LED-stripje heeft. Ik heb dit (rode)lichtje ook ooit zien branden in het begin. Maar ik heb hem al sinds september ofzo niet aan gezien. Weet jij überhaupt wat dit LEDje doet ? THnx

Het heeft iets te maken met de battery, als de battery zo leeg is dat de telefoon niet meer aan kan gaat het branden volgends mij.

De nieuwe rom bevat die gelijk Sys 28205? Zo ja heb je al nieuwe dingen gevonden.. het is namelijk nogal een sprong in de nummering.. van 28014 naar 28205? Alvast bedankt voor de nieuwe rom die eraan komt.

Ja klopt deze bevat deze sys. Zelf ben ik nog niet veel nieuws tegen gekomen, draait lekker en stabiel. Achter de schermen is de manier waarop themes gebruikt worden helemaal veranderd dus ik heb al mijn themes moeten updaten. Hij komt binnenkort uit(waarschijnlijk morgen ofz). Ben op het moment aan het testen en hij draait heel goed geen een crash nog gehad.
